Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your jewelry, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items eligible for return: Jewelry items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition (including packaging) can be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase.
• Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), final sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Make a Return
• Contact us at sales@caratsandsparks.com to request a return authorization.
• You’ll receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
• For exchanges, we will guide you through selecting an alternative piece, if desired.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned jewelry, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Refund processing may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account.
• Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
5. Shipping
• Returns must be shipped using a traceable shipping method (e.g., Canada Post, UPS) to ensure your return is safely received. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
